When will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. For custom pieces, an expected delivery date will be determined upon design approval. All domestic orders include complimentary insured-shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

International availability can vary by destination. Please contact us to receive a custom shipping quote. All shipping fees, taxes, and import costs are the responsibility of the client. 

Please note that import VAT/duty and carrier fees may be due on delivery or billed directly to the client by the carrier.

Will my package be insured?

All shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders must be shipped to a physical address, as we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Once a shipment has been accepted and signed for at the delivery address, Petra Brooks Fine Jewelry is no longer responsible for loss or damage.

Due to the one-of-a-kind and made-to-order nature of each of our pieces, all sales are final.

Warranty

Petra Brooks offers a limited warranty to cover repair issues resulting from manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by the wearer is not covered. 

Insurance

We highly recommend third-party insurance for your ring and most valuable jewelry. For this reason, free appraisals are included with each purchase.

Do you offer resizing?

Most of our rings can be resized, unless otherwise stated. The first resize is complimentary. Each additional resize is $150. Shipping costs for additional resizes are the responsibility of the client.

What metals do you use?

All of our pieces are crafted in either solid gold or platinum.

Are your diamonds and gemstones natural?

Yes! Our collection is crafted with natural diamonds and gemstones. Lab-grown diamonds are sourced exclusively for bespoke custom orders upon request.

Are your diamonds and gemstones GIA-certified?

Every featured diamond in our Bridal collection is GIA-certified, and diamonds weighing one carat or more are accompanied by their respective GIA grading reports.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid harsh chemicals, remove jewelry before heavy activity, and store pieces separately. For routine cleaning, gentle soap and warm water is best.

Do you offer custom design services?

Yes! We would love to partner with you to create a personalized piece. We can also recreate or customize designs from our archive and current collection.
